Visit www.591kids.org to complete a new interest form for the upcoming 2023/24 school year beginning March 1st. You will now be able to add one form per household. You can add a child within the same form. Please do not complete duplicates.
Welcome families! If you are currently pregnant and/or have children of ages 0-5, you've come to the right place!
We are excited to assist you in finding a high-quality program for your infant, toddler or preschooler. There are several options available throughout Genesee County for qualifying families.
We want to support you in finding the best possible program for your family and by submitting an interest form we can help you along that path. Completing an interest form does not guarantee placement. Once your interest form is submitted, an immediate confirmation message will appear containing important information. Please read through that important message and have all the required documents ready for when program staff contacts you. You will still need to complete a full eligibility assessment in order to be added into our prioritized waitlist. Waitlists are not first come first serve. To avoid significant delays, have all documents ready and report any contact information changes to 810-591-KIDS.
*If you are filling out this form and pregnant, please enter "Baby" for the First Name and use your due date as the Birthday. If you do not know the gender, please still select either male or female and we will correct the information as necessary.
